She holds a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition and a MBA along with numerous accredited certifications. Esther has over 12 years of experience in the industry specializing in product development, regulatory compliance, food labeling, quality & food safety, operations and supply chain management. She is passionate about her work, focused on driving operational efficiency and bottom-line profitability to help businesses succeed.

Andrea’s expertise includes quality management development across the supply chain, and process standardization through standard work creation, key performance indicators development, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.  She is a passionate and detail-oriented professional while allowing space to coach and support clients through the implementation process.  Andrea is an Industrial Production Engineer, MBA, Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certified, FSPCA, and PCQI Certified.
